Who Needs Counselling?

Many people will need counselling at some point in their lives. Sometimes, it may be obvious that we need counselling, for example, if we are experiencing extreme distress, breakdown or significant life changes. Occasionally, the need for counselling may be less obvious to us - perhaps we are feeling low or not quite ourselves, despite things appearing to be going well outwardly. Counselling can be helpful in both these instances - for the more and less obvious causes of our distress.
